What to Expect
Each session is guided gently — with attention, not pressure. We work in close relationship with:
- Breath pacing & rhythmic variation
- Somatic cues and interoceptive awareness
- Nervous system regulation (informed by Polyvagal Theory)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) awareness, where helpful
- Spaciousness for integration and silence
You are not required to express, release, or explain anything.
We’re not trying to “heal” you.
We’re here to breathe — together.

Breathwork Session Options
All sessions are offered in the spirit of support, not hierarchy. Each one is a space to return to your own rhythm:
Ongoing Support – A gentle, nourishing breath session for daily nervous system regulation. This session offers a place to exhale, settle, and listen — especially when you feel wired, overwhelmed, or disconnected. This practice is currently offered freely on my website!
Regulation & Reorientation: A 1:1 breath session focused on supporting your system in softening out of stress patterns and reestablishing grounded connection with your body. We work with rhythmic breathing, somatic cues, and subtle awareness.
Sessions are offered via Zoom. Contact me directly to book: 250.631.2469
Deep Listening Session: A longer session that offers more spaciousness for your system to unfold, explore, and integrate. There is no destination — only presence.
This session is suited for those wanting more time to rest into the work. We move slowly, with care, allowing whatever arises to be felt, held, and honored.
Please Note — this breathwork is offered as a personal, somatic practice. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy. While I am not a licensed therapist, I work from a trauma-informed, body-honoring approach.
